Whole Side of Beef – Farm-Raised, Premium Quality

Our whole sides of beef are priced by hanging weight. The cattle are 99% grass-fed and grain-finished on open pastures, raised without hormones or antibiotics.

Hanging weight: approximately 500–800 lbs
Freezer weight: typically 60–65% of hanging weight (~300–520 lbs), providing enough beef to feed a family for several months. Freezer space required: approximately 20–24 cubic feet.

Typical cuts include:
•    Steaks: Sirloin, New York Strip, Ribeye, Filet Mignon
•    Roast: Sirloin Tip, Rump, Chuck, Shoulder, Beef for Stew, Brisket, Ribs, Tri tip
•    Ground Beef (bones and organs if requested)
