How it works - Porter Creek Farms

Is the meat USDA certified?
Yes. All of our beef is processed at a USDA-approved facility, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What is the other 1%?
Our cattle are 99% grass-fed. During the final 90–120 days, they are finished on our farm with all the grass and hay they want, plus farm-raised grains, proteins, and minerals. This balanced diet helps develop beautiful marbling and rich flavor in the beef.
